Seeing
the Transience of all
Phenomena
Releases the Mind!

The
Blessed Buddha once said:
What,
Ānanda,
is the experience of the transience in all
constructions?
It is when the Bhikkhu feels horror, disgust, and repulsing repugnance with
all formations, with all constructions, with all phenomena, with all
things...
This itself is the very experience of the transience of all constructions...
Instantly,
Inevitably and Invariably: All States break up, fade away & vanish...
